Panasonic Lumix DMC-LS2 review at imaging resource

Imaging resource has published a review of the Panasonic Lumix DMC-LS2 digital camera. The Panasonic Lumix DMC-LS2 is a compact 5 megapixel digital camera with a 3 times optical zoom. The LS2 runs on normal AA batteries and features optical image stabilization.
The results of the review:
“The Panasonic Lumix DMC-LS2 is just a simple point and shoot digital camera at first blush, with a 3x zoom in a small, simple body. […] Unfortunately, the LS2 needs the optical image stabilization to make up for its shortcomings in terms of low light and flash performance. […] The Panasonic Lumix LS2 is a good little camera, and clearly one of the best bargains on the market for an optically stabilized digital camera. It just missed being named a “Dave’s Pick,” but it deserves your serious consideration if you’re looking for a unique camera at a great price. You really can’t match its combination of 5 megapixels, optical image stabilization, and easy battery compatibility, making for a excellent and inexpensive travel digital camera.”
