“The Xacti VPC-HD1 was a blast to use. I love how well it fits in your hand, and is still small enough that you can tuck it away easily. Although the image quality could be a bit better, the awesome movie mode, versatile lens and gorgeous OLED display make up for it. With an MSRP of around $800 we feel it’s too expensive and may well only be attractive to “techno-geeks” who absolutely must have the latest hi-tech gadgets. We feel it will be an entertaining choice, just be sure to purchase a 1GB or larger SD card - it’s totally necessary.”
