A review of the Nikon Coolpix P3 digital camera has been posted at CNet. The Nikon Coolpix P3 is a compact digital camera with 8.1 megapixel resolution, a 3.5 times optical zoom and a large 2.5 inch LCD display. The P3’s inbuilt Wi-Fi (wireless network) feature allows you to wirelessly transfer your photos. Another useful feature, the optical vibration reduction helps reduce the risk of blurred pictures caused by camera shake.
The Coolpix P3 achieved a “very good” rating with 7 out of 10 points.
The review results:
“The good: Wi-Fi file transfer and printing; excellent image quality; many photo options.
The bad: No Wi-Fi e-mail or Web posting; no remote camera operation using Wi-Fi; no manual exposure control.
The bottom line: Like its older siblings, the P1 and P2, the Nikon Coolpix P3 has a limited Wi-Fi capability and excellent image quality. Better value and quicker performance can be found in the company’s nonwireless offerings.”
