“The Nikon Coolpix 8800 is a high resolution ultra zoom camera that I can recommend to everyone except action shooters.
It features a 10X optical zoom lens with VR image stabilization technology that works very well. Photo quality is good, with fairly sharp photos, accurate color, and nearly no purple fringing. […] Macro performance on the 8800 is very good. The movie mode is nice too […].
The camera is feature packed, with full manual controls and then some.”
