Imaging resource has published a comprehensive review on the Konica Minolta Maxxum 5D.

They were impressed by its compact size but at the same time solid build quality. The camera features a big lcd display but also has a very accurate viewfinder. Its excellent picture quality, especially in low light conditions, paired with a long lasting battery makes this camera a good choice.
