Steve’s Digicams have reviewed the Canon PowerShot S3 IS digital camera. The Canon PowerShot S3 IS is a 6 megapixel ultra zoom camera, equipped with a 12 times optical zoom lens. To be able to make use of the long zoom without needing a tripod, the PowerShot S3 offers optical image stabilization as well as high ISO 800 sensitivity.
