The HP M22 is aimed at beginning (digital) photographers, or photographers who want a cheap, no frills second camera they can take anywhere without worrying too much. Thus, while the M22 doesn’t provide any spectacular features it comes with a very competitive price tag, even for the low budget camera segment.
